Support

More than a
neurofeedback session.

The technology matters. The way you are supported matters just as much.

At NeuroVita, a session is about much more than the 33 minutes spent with the sensors.

I take the time to understand what you are going through, to listen to what you notice and to follow with you what changes from one session to the next: your sleep, your stress levels, your focus, your energy or the way you react to everyday situations.

This attention helps give meaning to changes, even subtle ones, and to adapt the pace of the sessions to your reality.

Here, there is no standard protocol and no goal to reach at all costs. You are welcomed with your history, your sensitivity and your own pace, in a calm, confidential and attentive setting.

The neurofeedback does its work. Mine is to support you with precision so that you can notice what is changing for you, session after session.

Who will be with you

A path centred
on people.

Before founding NeuroVita, I spent many years in professions where observation, listening and passing on knowledge were already central.

Trained in cultural mediation and education, I worked at the Louvre and the Musée Maillol before becoming a Montessori teacher in Paris and then in Nice.

These experiences taught me to observe without rushing, to respect each person’s own pace and to create a setting that encourages exploration, understanding and independence.

Discovering Dynamical Neurofeedback® followed naturally from this. After experiencing it myself, I chose to train in NeurOptimal® and gradually made it the heart of my work.

Today, as a NeurOptimal® Trainer, I work with children, teenagers and adults with the same guiding principle: not to impose a direction, but to create the conditions that allow each person to draw on their own capacity to rebalance.

What to expect

What you will
find here.

A calm, confidential setting
Attentive listening
Personalised support
A non-invasive tool that adapts to how you function
Gradual support, at your own pace
A sensory dimension

Scent, a
sensory doorway.

As I train in Néfertologie®, I bring essential oils into Dynamical Neurofeedback® sessions, during the training time. Our sense of smell has a special relationship with the circuits of memory and emotion; a scent can bring up a sensation, an image, a memory or simply a different sense of being present with yourself.

This approach is never systematic: it is offered when it has a place in the session, and adapted both to the person and to the moment they are going through. A scent offers another way into what is already there.
