‘I felt at ease straight away, with real attention paid to my needs and how I was feeling.’
We take stock of what you are going through and what you would like to see change.
While you sit comfortably and listen to music, the neurofeedback system does its work.
We take time to welcome what you have felt and look at what comes next.
Sitting comfortably, you listen to music for 33 minutes.
Sensors placed on the scalp and ears allow the system to follow brain activity in real time.
When certain variations are detected, very brief interruptions occur in the sound. They give the brain information about its own functioning, without stimulating it or imposing anything.
The brain can then use this information to adjust its responses naturally.
Like a rumble strip on the motorway. It doesn’t drive for you. It simply gives you an immediate signal that helps you correct your course.
I welcome you in Nice for a first session entirely tailored to you.
You may have questions about what to expect. Here are the ones people ask most often.
It is a form of brain training. The system gives the brain real-time information about its own functioning. Using this information, the brain can adjust naturally. It is not a medical treatment, but a process of learning and self-regulation.
There is nothing to achieve. You can simply settle in, rest, listen to the music or stay present to what is happening. The process does not rely on conscious effort.
Dynamical Neurofeedback® does not target any particular symptom. It gives the brain information about how it functions as a whole. Some people notice changes in different areas of daily life: sleep, focus, recovery, emotional reactions or mental clarity.
No. The sensors do not stimulate the brain. They send no current, signal or impulse. They are only there to pick up the brain’s natural electrical activity, so that the system can send information back to it in real time through the sound. It is a gentle, non-invasive process that requires no conscious action.
No. Some people come because they are going through a difficult time. Others because they want to recover better, gain clarity, make the most of their resources or feel steadier in their daily lives.
There is no set number in advance. Everyone progresses at their own pace. Regular sessions at the start help support the learning and anchor the adjustments over time.
Yes! The more the brain repeats the training, the more the benefits take hold and last. It’s like sport: by repeating a movement, it becomes fluid, and the body eventually makes it its own. The brain works in the same way. But everyone has their own pace: we review things together as the sessions go on.
Dynamical Neurofeedback® is used or studied in several institutions in France and is the subject of scientific publications.
2013 — Cognitive function and fatigue after cancer
Alvarez J., Meyer F. L., Granoff D. L., Lundy A.
The Effect of EEG Biofeedback on Reducing Postcancer Cognitive Impairment
Integrative Cancer Therapies, 2013, 12(6), 475–487.
A prospective study of 23 female breast cancer survivors reporting cognitive difficulties after chemotherapy. Participants had 20 neurofeedback sessions over 10 weeks. The authors report statistically significant improvements on most measures, increasing steadily over the sessions (perceived cognition, fatigue, some sleep parameters and several psychological symptoms).

Exploring the effect of neurofeedback on postcancer cognitive impairment and fatigue: A pilot feasibility study
Canadian Oncology Nursing Journal, 2022, 32(2), 214–222.
A pilot feasibility study of 16 breast cancer survivors who received 20 NeurOptimal® sessions over 10 weeks. The authors report favourable changes (fatigue, sleep, some cognitive and psychological symptoms) and stress the need for further research with larger samples, notably through randomised controlled trials.

Exploring the Impact of Nonlinear Dynamical Neurofeedback on Post-Cancer Cognitive Impairment and Cancer-Related Fatigue: Results of Interviews with Breast Cancer Survivors
Integrative Medicine Reports, 2022.
A qualitative publication complementing the pilot study. Twelve participants were interviewed after their 20 sessions about their subjective experience, perceived changes and the impact on daily life. The authors stress that clinical studies with larger samples are still needed.

Luctkar-Flude M., Tyerman J.
Exploring Feasibility of Neurofeedback to Alleviate Cognitive Impairment and Fatigue in Long COVID
37th International Nursing Research Congress, 2026.
A feasibility study: 20 NeurOptimal® sessions over 10 weeks with 20 people experiencing persistent symptoms after COVID-19 (16 completed). The authors report a statistically significant reduction in several measures (cognitive difficulties, fatigue, sleep, anxiety, depressive symptoms), maintained at the 10-week follow-up. A preliminary study intended to prepare a future randomised controlled trial.
